Ordinance 1991-15 ORDINANCE NO. 1991- J5 ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF WHITE OAK SUBDIVISION STREETS NOW COMES the City Council and Mayor of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, and having received a Petition to accept the dedication of a public street in the City of Yorkville to be constructed in White Oak Subdivision for the purpose of providing access to a phase of said Subdivision North of its intersection with the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks; and WHEREAS, the Developer of said Subdivision has agreed to pay all costs of said improvements and to place the street improvements in said Subdivision so as to allow access to the six lots in said Subdivision North of the Burlington Northern Railroad tracks; and WHEREAS, the Developer is bound to pay all expenses for the installation of said street in compliance with the City Subdivision Control Ordinance, and WHEREAS, the Developer has agreed to hold the Clty harmless and indemnify the City from any liability for the construction of said street: NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, by and through its Mayor and City Clerk, hereby accept the dedication of a street to be constructed in a general North and Westerly direction at the intersection of the main street of White Oak Subdivision, allowing access North of the Burlington Northern Railroad right-of-way to the six lots in White Oak Subdivision to be developed by the subject owners.
