Ordinance 1991-19 ORDINANCE NO. 1991- ( C4 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CITY STOP SIGN BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS: WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, deem it to be in the interest of public safety, to provide for the installation of a stop sign at the Southbound lane of White Oak Way at its intersection with Fox Road in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide for the stopping of vehicles travelling Southbound on White Oak Way at its intersection with Fox Road. NOW THEREFORE, the City Council and the Mayor of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, upon motion duly made, seconded and approved hereby directs the Department of Public Works to install a stop sign on the corner of White Oak Way at its intersection with Fox Road in the United City of the Village of Yorkville, to provide for the stopping of vehciles travelling Southbound on White Oak Way at its intersection with Fox Road.
