COUNTY OF KENDALL ) ORDINANCE NO. 1990- AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING CITY STOP SIGNS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois: WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City Council of THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE deem it to be in the interest of public safety, to provide for the installation of stop signs on all four (4) corners of the intersection of McHugh Road and Spring Street, to provide for a four-way stop at said intersection in the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois. NOW THEREOFRE, the City Council and the Mayor of the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, hereby direct the Department of Public Works to install stop signs on all four (4) corners of the intersection of McHugh Road and Spring Street, to provide a four-way stop for traffic travelling on McHugh Road and Spring Street in the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois. PASSED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE this " day of 1990.
