ORDINANCE REZONING REAL ESTATE
( Ira Perkins and Vida M. Perkins real estate )
WHEREAS, IRA PERKINS and VIDA M. PERKINS, as the owners and
record title holders of the real estate hereinafter described situated in
the United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, to-
wit:
That part of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township
37 North, Range 7 East of the Third Principal Meridian,
described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly
corner of Lot 13 of said Section, as per Plat in Plat Book
1, page 80, said point being in the center line of Bristol
Road; thence South 880 20' 00" West along the Southerly
line of said Lot 13, 30 feet to the Westerly line of Bristol
Road for the point of beginning; thence North 10 36' 00"
West along said Westerly line 80 feet; thence North 590 10'
30" West 211.98 feet to the Southeasterly right of way line
of Illinois Route 47; thence South 360 39' 00" West along
said Southeasterly right of way line 247 feet to the Southerly
line of said Lot 13; thence North 88° 20' 00" East along said
Southerly line 331.81 feet to the point of beginning; in the
United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois;
Being the premises commonly known as 718-720 North Bridge
Street, Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois;
have heretofore caused to be filed with the corporate authorities of the
United City of the Village of Yorkville a Petition For Rezoning, seeking
a rezoning and reclassification of said real estate under the zoning ordinance
of the United City of the Village of Yorkville from R-3, General Residence
District, to O, Office District; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the United City of the Village of
Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, has heretofore investigated the desirability
of rezoning said real estate from R-3, General Residence District to O,
Office District, and has recommended to the City Council that said rezoning

be granted; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the United City of the Village
of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, has heretofore conducted a public
hearing on the Petition For Rezoning filed herein as required by the Zoning
Ordinance of the United City of the Village of Yorkville; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville,
after due consideration and deliberation has deemed it appropriate to rezone
said real estate to O, Office-District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE. KENDALL
COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. In accordance with the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance
of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois,
the real estate herein described be and the same is hereby rezoned and
reclassified from R-3, General Residence District, to O, Office District.
Section 2. The City Clerk be and she is herewith authorized and
directed to amend the zoning map of the City to reflect the change in zoning
of said real estate.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville,
Kendall County, Illinois, on this �. day of
