Ordinance 1969-47 ' ORDINANCE OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, DESIGNATING WARDS AND POLLING PLACES FOR MIUNICIPAL ELECTIONS BE IT ORDAINED, by the City Council of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois: Section 1. That for the general municipal election held in and for the United City of the Village of Yorkville on April 15, 1969 the city shall be divided into three (3) wards which shall be the same as designated in the Ordinance of the United City of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, designating wards and polling places for municipal election as passed and approved on the 9th day of February, A. D., 1967. Section 2. That each of the above referred to wards shall constitute one voting district or precinct and shall bear the same number as said ward. Section 3. That for the purpose of municipal elections the following are fixed as polling places: For Ward No. 1. The South one-half of the Bristol-Kendall Fire Station located at the intersection of Bridge Street and Franklin Street, in the Borough of Yorkville. For Ward No. 2. The North one-half of the Bristol-Kendall Fire Station located at the intersection of Bridge Street and Franklin Street, in the Borough of Yorkville. For Ward No. 3. Friendship House, Yorkville Congregational Church, in the Borough of Bristol. Section 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby amended insofar as the same conflict. Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten (10) days after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law. PASSED this T day of �` E, � , A. D., 1969.
