AN ORDINANCE AME?\TDII\?G ARTICLE VIII -
PLUMBlhg-- OF THE BUILDING CODE
ORDINANCE OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE
VILLACE OF YORKVIL;LE, KENDALL COUNTY,
ILLINOIS, AS PASSED AND APPROVED THE
11th DAY OF JUNE, A. D. , 1959 .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the United City
of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois :
Section 1 - That Article VIII - Plumbing- of the
Building Code 6rdinance of the United City of the Village of
Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, as passed and approved
on June 11, 1959, is hereby amended to read as follows:
ARTICLE VIII
Section 4 - That plastic pipe shall be permitted
for disposal piping and vent piping in connection
with interior and inside installation and venting of
plumbing facilities. However , any below ground or
exterior use of plastic piping is expressly
prohibited.
Section 2 - That all provisions of the Ordinance of which
this Ordinance is an amendment, except as changed hereby, are
hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after it ' s passage, approval and publication
as required by law.
