referred to the finance coisaittte and paid if found correct.
Roll Call Ayes Six Nays None.Carried and so ordered.
On motion by Sctlunacher seconded by Friedberg the Copley
Hospital be paid their bill for the X-Ray of Perry Hubbell.
Roll Call Ayes Six Nays None.Carried and so ordered.
On motion by Friedberg seconded by Hage that L.R.Jeter be
appointed Police Magistrate to fill vacancy left by the res-
ignation of said office by Sherman E.Hall.Appointment to take
1 effect at once and remain in effect untill next regular Village
Election. Carried and so ordered.
On motion by Friedberg seconded by Schumacher the Clerk be
instructed to draw an order for the two per cent sales tax
:i due the State of Illinois on water rent collected for the
quarter ending October 1 st 1933,Cigtare:nto=!be furnished by the
Village Treasuer. Roll Call Ayes Six Nays None.Carried and so
ordered.
in motion by Hage seconded by Schumacher that all tenants
and property owners be notified to rake their leaves,to
prevent fires and to help keep the ,Pater courses clean,and that the
f Clerk be instructed to have a notice published in the Kendall
County Recordof same. Carried and so ordered.
