A s Decial meeting of the President and Board of Trustees
',of the Village of Yorkville field in tAhe Council Cha;ube s oS the
above date and called to order by Preeident Devereaux at 1 : 15
PM.Meetint called for the purpose of canvasing the returns of
the annual Village Election held in the Village Hall April 17th
:,and declaring the result thereof.
Finding prescat ?resident Devereaux,Trustees Hage,
Wollenweber and Clerk Armbruster.
Canvas of Election returns resulted as follows.
Total nunber of votes cast 255.
For menbers of the Board of Trustees.

Oscar Friedberg-------------------------- 76 "
FredHage-------------------------------- 135 "
Frank G.Loomis----------------------------186 "
Clarence Schulter------------------------ 150 "

Fred Hage,Frank G.Loomis and Clarc ode Schulter having
.received the largest nunber of Votes cast are declared elected
Village Trustees for one year.
For Village Clerk.

Luther R.Jeter haviw 3 received the largest nunber of votes
cast is declared elected Police Magistrate for one year.
At the same election the following question was voted upon.
"Shall the sale at retail of alcoholic liquor,otner than beer
containing not more than 4% of alcohol `by weight be
pronlbtted in this Village"
The result of the canvas of the vote on this question was as
