The following is my report of estimates as nearly as may be
of moneys necessary to defray the expenses of the Village of Ii
Yorkville, during the fiscal year commencing May 1 , 1935: I
For interest on fire equipment bonds $ 40.00
For payment of maturing fire equipment bonds 400.00
For interest on right-of-way bonds 135.00
For payment of maturing right-of-way 'bonds 500.00
For water works bonds and interest 818.00
For street lighting and pumping 1400.00 j
For water works maintenance & expense 600.00
For salaries and labor 1740.00
For garbage disposal 350.00 !!
For improving the streets 2000.001
For cement walks and curbs 150.00
For fire equipment and supplies in fire department 250.00
For insurance, printing, supplies & insurance 300.00

The aggregate income of the Village of Yorkville for the
preceding year from all sources was the sum of $6500.00.
The amount of liabilities outstanding , upon which interest
is to be paid is $8700.00.
Bonds payable during the year are $1400.00, $400.00 of bonds
being payable May first and $500.00 of bonds being payable
October first , $500.00 jaterworks bonds due August first . 'I

State of Illinois, for the fiscal year commencing May 1st , A. D.

Whereas the Village Board of the Village of Yorkville has he e-
tofore passed its appropriation ordinance for the fiscal year beg nn-
ing May 1st , A. D. 1935, wherein and whereby the following approp
riations among others were made as follows:

For interest on and for maturing fire
equipment bonds, $440.00 f
For interest on and for maturing right-of-
way bonds 635.00
For water works bonds and interest 818.00
For maintenance and operation of waterworks i
including necessary repairs and replacement !!
(but not including pumping) 400.00
For pumping for waterworks 425.00
For street lighting 975.00
For salaries of superintendent of waterworks 540.00
For labor in waterworks department
For salaries of all officers of Village
(not including employees) 300.00

Section 2. That of said sums the amount levied for payment ;I
of principal and interest on fire equipment bonds,the principal
and interest of righty-of-way bonds are levied in excess of the
general tax rate and for garbage disposal, the said particular
; items being so levied in excess because and by reasons of comp-
liance with the laws of the State of Illinois with reference to
the levying in excess of the general rate and by reason of refer-�
endum heretofore had on said propositions.
Section 3. That the Village Clerk of the Village of York-
ville be and he is hereby directed and ordered to file a certi-
fied copy of this ordinance in the office of the County Clerk of �I
said County of Kendall as required by lave; and the County Clerk j
is hereby instructed to extend the above taxes pursuant to law.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full ;
force from and after its due passage and publication as required
by law. i
