The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville was held on the above date
and called to order by President Devereaux at 7:30 P.M.
The oath of office of C. 0. Munson and certificate of
election was
, presented and filed.
Finding present on roll call were: President Devereaux,
' Trustees Schumacher, Loomis, Munson, Hage, Barkley and Clerk j
Armbruster.
Minutes of regular meeting held March 2nd read and so
.. ordered approved. Minutes of special meeting held March 7th
' read and so ordered approved.
Bills were read as follows and on motion by Schumacher,
;' seconded by Barkley the bills be refered to the finance Committee :'
and paid as soon as funds are available. Roll call: ayes 5,

The following resolution pas then read: "Be it resolved that
tie electric Light Pole at the corner of Washington and State Strut
Street be moved twenty feet north under the supervision of the
Street and Alley Committee and that the Public Service Company
be nmtified of this action.
