Gutel make';! a complete report of amount due and balance on hand of the special assessment fund. l . l �I II Mbved by Hage seconded by Munson that an ordinance concerning ' bidding at tax sales be passed. Ayes: Schumacher, Loomis, Hage !� ; Barkley, Munson, Schulter. s ; Moved by Schumacher seconded by Hage to lay water connection to connect property of Harry H4xtell with main on Orange Street that application be made for permits to any state department for authority to lap such main including authority to go under street '! ! with any work in connection with WPA work. On motion by Schumacher, seconded by Hage that James Barkley and Martin Behrens be paid $10.00 extra per month for policy duty. Ayes: Schumacher, Loomis, Hage, Barkley , Munson, Schulter, nays; 9 none. Village of Yorkville. ;! Moved by Hage, seconded by Munson that full authority given :1 ChambAr of Commerce to use streets and alleys in connection with �i the Centennial celebration. '! That there be and there he is levied upon al property, real and personal , subject to taxation with the corpora;,, e limits of the village of Yorkville, in the County of Kendall and state of Illinois, for the fiscal year commencing May 1st , A. T hat of said sums the amount levied for the principal and interest of right,--of-way bonds are levied in ex- cess of the general tax rate and likewise for garbage disposal, the said particular items bhitheslawsvofdthe gtatesofelllinoisd !! by reason of compliance with with reference to the levying in excess of the general rate and j by reason of referendum heretofore had on said propositions. j! jl Section 3. That the Village Clerk of the Village of York- ! ville be and he is hereby directed and ordered to file a certi- fied copy of this ordinance in the office of the County Clerk oft- said County of Kendall as required by law; and the County Clerk has hereby instructed to extend the above taxes pursuant to law.
