M. �( �i Finding Present on Roll call were President Devereaux, Trustees Schumacher, Barkley, Hage, Schulter and Clerk Armbru- ster, Trustee's Munson and Loomis absent. i Mihutes of regular meeting held August 3rd read and so I� ordered approved. The following application was then read: "To The President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Yorkville: I i II i j� Permission is hereby requested by the undersigned for the building of a fire proof building to be located on the South side of Van Emmon Street about fifty feet Rest of Bridge Street. The Outside and inside walls of the building will be built of modern fire- I proof materials in accordance with the Under- writers standard. j L. A. Perkins. " Moved by Schumacher seconded by Barkley that L. A. Perkins be authorized to construct the building for which authorization is sought providing he complies fully with all ordianances of the Village and providing he completely covers the exterior of the building with fireproof material and the matter be referred to the Police and Fire Committee .
