City Council Minutes 1937 01-04-37 January 4 , 1937. Regular meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Yorkville was held at the Village Hall on January 4, 193 7. Present: Mayor Devereaux, Trustees Barkley, Munson,Loomis. Absent : Sehulter , Hage, Schumacher. I The minutes of all previous meetings not heretofore approved were read and approved. !' Pumping 29.94 On motion by Loomis, seconded by Barkley and unanimously carried said bills were referred to the finance committee and ordered paid. Ayes, Barkley , Loomis, Munson, Devereaux. Verbal reports were made upon the water situation and upon motion by Barkley seconded by Munson the mktter of reports i was deferred until the next meeting. An ordinance providing for foreclosure of delinquent property to procure the payment of speciall assessments was offered upon motion by Barkley seconded by Loomis. The said motion was adopted by the following vote: Ayes, Barkley , Loomis, '' Munson, Devereaux. i There being no further business the meeting adjourned. gp, Yorkville, Illinois To the Treasurer of the Village of Yorkville: F Out of the 1936 taxes alroady levied, extended and in the jI process of collection, you will pay to the sum of One Thousand Dollars with interest from date at the rate of 5% per annum. l li This ►arrant is issued by virtue of a resolution of the j! Village Board of the Village, of Yorkville, duly passed and adopte4 at a regular meeting on February 1 , 1937• That in and by the said resolution it #as provided that all i warrantee should be issued serially and paid in the same manner. !! This warrant is payable solely from 1936 taxes when collecte� and not otbetirwise and serially as aforesaid with respect to otheriI warrants heretofore issued, but shall be received by any collevto r of taxes In payment of its taxes against which this warrant is it issued.
