The re-alat monthly meeting of the President and Board of i
Trustees of the `Iillage of Yorkville held in the Village Hall

were read and so ordered approved. .
Revorts of the Clerk and Treasurer on the state of the
General Fund, the 'Ihiter Fund,the Police F-.znd and the Votor Fuel
Tray, Fund were Foll owin these the resorts of the Police
"-ic istra.te and Chief of Police were read.
On :notion by Trustee .Armbruster seconded by Trustee
'Barkley the reports of the Treasurer,Clerk, Chief of Police and
Police .agistrate be approved as read. Carried and so ordered.
Bill were then .read as fol.lottvs -nd on motion by Trustee

Finance Committee and bp raid if found to be correct and if the

was read. and the reply �f the Sanitary Water Board to it

The followring resolution was then read.
Be it resolved that the sum of $1500.00 be anticipated

out of taxes for the vea.r 1937 and tivo prover anticipation
wra.rrpntsnumbered 2 and 3 in the sum of x1125.00 and 0375.00,
respectively, be issued and disposed of.
On motion by Trustee Barkley seconded by Trustee
Armbruster the resolution concerning; the issuance of anticipatign
warrants on 1937 taxes be adopted.
