Carried and so ordered. On motion by Trustee Schulter seconded by Trustee Loomis the section of the Pool and Billiard Table Ordinance pertaining to the .^ ;e of the person onerntin�; pool room be repealed. Carried and so ordered. A resolution for the issuance of anticipation i�a.rrants in the a.m ,unt of 11,875-00 Ta_s then read and on motion by Trustee Schumacher seconded by Trustee "ers111a.11 tie resolution relative to the issuance of anticipation warrants in the amount Of q 1,875.00 -be paased. and adopted. Presi ent. i Whereas there is not sufficient money in the Treasury of the Village of Yorkville to meet and defray all necessary expenses and liabilities, and it becomes to issue and dispose of warrants drawn against and in anticipation of taxes levied in the year 1938, for the payment of such expenses and liabilities. Now therefore be it resolved that such anticipation warrants in the total amount of $1875 bearing interest at not to exceed 5�0, and being warrant No . 1 for $750 , No. 2 for $625 , and No . 3 for $500 be issued. Be it further resolved the President and Clerk, attend to the sale of said warrants. 7) .w 0.1 f
