On motion I-:y Trustee Schumacher, seconded by Trustee Marshall the action of the Street and Alley Committee in regard to the purchase and ap,.)lication of Road Oil to the Streets of the Village be confirmed. Roll Call : Ayes, Schumacher, Schulter, Barkley,Munson Marshall Nays, None. Carried and so ordered. Trustee Munson reported in regard to the broken the on Washington Street that the Village had no liability in the matter. Trustee Munson reported that the water from the sewer was backing up into his bas�;ment. Motion by Trustee Schumacher seconded by 'Trustee Schulter that the sewer main be cleaned out at the 44est end of Ridge Street. Roll Call : Ayes, Schumacher, Schulter, Barkley,Munson, Marshall, Loomis Nays, None. Carried and so ordered. On motion by Trustee Schulter seconded by Trustee Marshall that Al.
