The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of (j
.,Trustees of the Village of Yorkville was held in the Village
Hall of said Village on July 3, 1939 and called to order by
President Devereaux at 9:00 P.M.
Finding present on roll call were President Devereaux, Trustee.
Loomis,Barkley,Marshall and Clerk Ament. Absent; Trustees
Schumacher,Schulter,Pllunson.
Minutes of the regular meeting held June 5, 1939 were then
read and so ordered approved.
The regular monthly reports of the Clerk,Chief of Police and
Police Magistrate were read and so ordered approved.
Bills were then read as follows and on motion by Trustee
Marshall seconded by Trustee Barkley the bills be referred to
the Finance Committee and be paid if found to be correct.
Roll Call: Ayes; Devereaux,Loomis,Barkley,Marshall.
Nays; None. Carried and so ordered.
