City Council Minutes 1941 09-02-41 Yorkville, Illinois September 2: , 1941 The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Yorkvilld, Illinois was held in the Village Hall of said Village on September 2, 1941 and called to ; order by President Devereaux at 9:00 P.M. Finding present on roll call were President Devereaux, !;Trustees Loomis,Munson,Schulter,Barkley,Price and Clerk Ament. , Minutes of the Regular meeting held August 4, 1941 were li ' read and so ordered approved. The regular monthly reports of the Clerk, Chief of Police, ' Treasurer, and Police Magistrate were read and so ordered approved. President Devereaux reported that the Village had delivezle X310 pounds of aluminum to the Aurora Brewing Co. in Aurora and Chad received a receipt for same.This was the amount of Aluminum +collected in the Village during the National Defense Aluminum Collection.
