RESOLUTION
The Board of Trustees finds that there is no money in
the Treasury of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois,
to defray the necessary expenses of said Village in the general
fund, and the Board of Trustees finds it is for the best interest
of said Village that tax anticipation warrants be issued according
to law, or a. fund be provided by issuing and disposing of such
warrants, all to be drawn against and in anticipation of taxes
levied for the year 1941, for the payment of such expenses; and
The Board of Trustees finds that it has heretofore made
its levy for general purposes for the year 1941, in the manner re-
quired by law, and that a tax anticipation warrant or warrants can
be issued against the fund referred to, which should bear interest
payable only out of the taxes against which drawn, at a rate of
5 per cent per annum from the date of issuance until paid, or until
notice has been given by publication or otherwise that money for
payment is available and that such warrants will be paid on present-
ation.
Therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, that the following
anticipation tax warrant be issued against the taxes levied as
follows:
Warrant No. 1 for $750.00, against taxes levied for
general purposes.

solely from such taxes levied for the year 1941, when collected,
shall be received in payment of taxes against which issued, and
stall bear interest from date of issuance, at the rate of 5 per
cent per annum, payable only out of said taxes, until paid, or
t.
until notice shall be given that it will be paid on presentation.
Be it further resolved that said anticipation warrant shall
be in the number and amount as above set forth, and shall state on
its face %44% the taxes and fund from which payable; that it is payable
in the order of issuance, and said warrant shall contain all other in-
formation required by law.

of this Board be and they are authorized and directed to make, execute
and deliver such warrant as above described, and that such warrant
shall be an obligation binding upon such Village.
