September 7, 1943
The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Illinois was held in the
Village Hall of said Village on September 7, 1943 and was called ;li
to order by President Barkley -at 8:00 P.M.

Finding pint-on roll call were; President Ba.rkley, Trustees
P,iunson,Loomis,Schumacher,Zeiter and Clerk Ament . Absent Trustees ,
Schulter and Marshall.
Minutes of the regular meeting held August 2, 1943 were read
and so ordered approved.
The regular monthly report of the Clerk was read and so
ordered approved.

The matter of the condition of the property at. the South ea.stzl�x
corner of Hydralic Ave . and Main St . was brought up . The tall grass
and greeds on this properly having brought forth severpl complainjs
from ad,jouning property owners . President Barkley dircetedthe
Clerk to write toi:Iaurice Lord, the owner and ask that the lot
i be cleaned up.

!� The matter of Frank Pennuto' s non observance of closing time
on Sundays and the arrangement under which he pperated his
no&l table were brought up and President Barkley suggested that
the matters be taken un with the Village Attorney -and an
investigp.tion made .
