The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville , Illinois was held in the
Village Hall of said Village on February 7 , 1944 and was called !
to order by President Barkley at 8;00 P.M.
Finding present on roll call were President Barkley,
Trustees Munson,Loomis ,Schulter,Schumacher, Zeiter and Clerk Ament
Minutes of the regular meeting held January 3, 1944 were
read and so ordered approved.
The regular monthly reports of the Clerk were read and so
ordered approved.
Bills were then read as follows and on motion by Trustee
Munson seconded by Trustee Zeiter the bills be referred to the
Finance Committee and be paid if found to be correct .

Nays- None- Carried and so ordered.

A communication from the Department of Public Health re gardin
a* the municipal water supply was read and discussed and President
Sarkley directed that the Department of Public Health be kept
informed as to the progress made in putting in force the improveme is
recomended by the said Department in their letter.

regard to oil for the village streets was read and directed placed

Trustee Schulter brought up the matter of a collection
of scrap paper in the Village and the matter was discussed and
it was decided to make a collection of scrap paper on a monthly;,
basis and also to collect properly prepared tin cans $tsx on
a montXy basis. The village truck to be used for this purpose .
On motion the meeting was adjourned
