September 3, 1946
The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall CountyiIllinois
was held at the Village Hall of said Village on Tuesday,
September 3, 1946 and wasecalled to order by President Barkley
at 7:30 o' clock P.M.
Finding present on roll call were President Barkley,Trustees
Loomis,Munson,Sehumacher,Zeiter and Clerk Ament.
"! Absent: Trustee Marshall.
i' Minutes of the meetings held in the month of August 1946 were
read and so ordered approved.
j The regular monthly report of the Clerk were read and so

September 3, 1946
On motion by Schumacher seconded by Loomis that the Clerk
write a letter of thanks to the Bristol-Kendall Fire Protection
District for pumping out the reservoir at the pump station down-
town. Carried and so ordered.
A communication from the Illinois Inspection Bureau was read
11in regard to the fire protection situation in the Village and
!! President Barkley directed the Clerk to make reply to the above
, mentioned letter setting forth the progress made to date.
i .
'Trustee Loomis reported on a meeting with the Trustees of the
Fire Protection District stating it had been decided to house
the fire trucks in the east end of the Hardecopf garage.
The matter of the bill of Ray Feuerborn for the repair of the
well was taken up and on motion by Trustee Munson seconded by
��ITrustee Schumacher the bill of Ray Feuerborn be referred to the
FinanneeCommittee.
i On motion by Trustee Munson seconded by Trustee Zeiter that
,Ethe meeting be adjourned to September 16, 1946 at 7;30 o' clock
P.M. at the Village Hall.
