s The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of

Trustees of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall County,Illinois
was held at the vilage Hall of said village on Monday,October 7,
1946 and was called to order by President Barkley at 7:39 o'cloc
P.M.
ii Finding present on roll call were; President Barkley,Membersl
Loomis,Munson,Schumacher,Marshall,Zeiter.
Absent; None.
Minutes of the meetings held in September were read and so
ordered approved.
The regular monthly report of the Clerk was read and do
ordered approved.
On motion by Member Schumacher, seconded by Member Marshall
that $2, 750.00 be transfered from the General Fund to the Water
Fund.
a President Barkley declared the motion carried and so order .

On motion by Member Schumacher, seconded by Member Marshall
the bills be referred to the Finance Committee and be paid if
found to be correct.

j President Barkley declared the motion carried and so ordered
Member Loomis reported that in the matter of settlement of I
! the well matter,Ray Feuerborn had made a further concession of
$600.00 over the 81,173. 50 formerly allowed,making the total
amount cenceeded $1 .773.50.
Mr. Louis Sandor, 239 Keck Ave . , Aurora, Ill. spoke to the
Board in regard to rezoligg of the Patterson property, formerly
known as the Jorgenson property .
Mr. Ellsworth Windett presented his bid for the Workmen' s
Compensaion insurance for the coming year.
On motion by Member Schumacher, seconded by Member Marshall
that Ellsworth Windett be awarded the Workmens Compensation
1 insurance policy.
Carried and so ordered.

1! Mr. Ellsworth Windett also discussed the matter of liability
insurance for the village.
il On motion by Member Marshall, seconded by Member Zeiter that
I; Ellsworth Windett have a liability insurance policy written up
for the approval of the Board.

it A petition , signed by a number of citizens of thbs community ,
WX in regard to the improvement of bus service as furnished by
the Burlington Trailways, was read and on motion by Member
j Marshall, seconded by Member Schumacher that the Clerk write
to the Burlington Trailways and send format notice to the
Commerce Commission, if necessary, in regard to imptoved bus
i service for the Village of Yorkville.
Carried and so ordered.
'- On motion by Member Schumacher, seconded by Member Loomis
that $50.00 be paid to Roger H. Clark in appreciation dfr
his work on the well matter and the rail road crossing matter.
