Yorkville, Illinois January 6, 1947 A communication was read from the Illinois Commerce Commission regarding the hearing on the petition of the Illinois Bell Telephone Company asking for an increase in rates. The Clerk ±, stated that the receipt of the notice had been acknowledged. President Barkley stated that he had received a letter fnem 1Mr. Cash of the Highway Department in regard to parallbl parking on Bridge Street. I On motion by Member Loomis seconded by Member Marshall ( that James Barkley be paid $200.00 for overtime, to cover the ( period from May 1, 1946 to April 30, 1947. (65% Genevial Fund, ;, 35% Water Fund. ) I� Roll Call- Ayes , Munson,Loomis,Schumacher, Marshall Nays , None. Carried and so ordered. I!
