February 3, 1947
The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall County, Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of said Village on Monday,the 3rd
day of February 1947 at 7:30 o' clock P .M.
The clerk called the roll with the following result;

Present:itlunson,Loomis, Schumacher,tTarshall Zeiter.
Absent: President Barkley
In the absence of President Barkley, Trustee Zeiter was
unanimouly chosen President Pro Tempore for this meeting.

Minutes of the meeting held January 6, 1947 were read and
so ordered approved.
The regular monthly report of the Clerk was read and so
ordered approved.

Fred Gates and William Bieritz were present and spoke to the
Board regarding water and sewer for the lot owned by Y1r Bieritz
on Mill Street.
The matter was discussed and on motion by Loomis, seconded
f� by Schumacher that the matter of water and sewer for William
Bieritz be referred to the Water Committee
Carried and so ordered.
i Member Schumacher stated that he had been approached in
regg,rd to water for the former Hayden property In the east
side of Yorkville; The matter was discussed but no action I
was taken. Also the matter of the Village property in the
L.A. Hanson farm was discussed.

Member Marshall stated that the Fire District is requesting
some payment on thb ,joinrng of the Fire District by the Village.
