A regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois
was held in the Village Hall of said Village on Monday,Oetober6,
_ 1947 and was called to order by President Barkley at 7:30 o'cloc

Finding present on roll call were President Barkley,Trustees
Loomis,Schumacher,Marshall,Zeiter,Price, Windett. and Clerk Ament
Absent; None.
Minutes of the meetings held in September were read and so
! ordered approved.
The regulart monthly report of the Clerk was read and so
ordered approved.
Bills were then read as follows;

On motion by Trustee Marshall, sewonded by Trustee Pr®ee
that $he bills be referred to the Finance Committee and be paid
if found to be correct .

President Barkley declared the motion varried and so ordered.
i! Walter S. Olsen spoke to the Board in regard to water and
i sewer connections for the house he wishes to build on Mill Stree
and the matter was referred to the Street and Alley and Water
Committees.
A communication from the Division of Highways was read and
directed filed.

On motion by Trustee Marshall, seconded by Trustee Loomis
that the meeting be adjourned to October 9, 1947 .
Upon a favorable vote, President Barkley declared the
motion carried and so ordered.
