The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of said Village on Tuesday,
September 7, 1948 and was called to order by President Barkley
at 7:30 o' clock P.M.
A quorum not being present the meeting was a ourned to
Monda$, September 13, 194$ at the Village Hall at1:30 o' clock P. A.

The adjourned regular meeting of the President and Board of
�i Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of said Village on Monday ,September 3,
1948 and was called to order by President Barkley at 7:30 o'clock
P.M.
Finding present on roll call were President Barkley,
Trustees Loomis , Schumacher,Marshall, Zeiter, Price, Windett and
Clerk Ament.
Absent- None

Minutes of the meetings held August 2, 1948 and August 9,
1949 were read and so ordered approved.
The regular monthly reports of the Clerk were read and
so ordered approved

On motion by Trustee Marshall, seconded by Trustee Schumach
that the bills be referred to the Finance Committee and be paid
if found to be correct.

Simon Dickson and H. Priebe representing the Kendall County
Cold Storage Co. were present in regard to the proposed oonstruallon
of a building by the said company for skinning purposes. The matl r
was discussed and it was decided that the Cold Storage Co . shoul
ii be notif , „ o make formal application for a building permit for
the said construction.

L.C. Doetschman and Leonard M. Larson representing the
Town of Kendall were present in the matter of the extension of
Mill Street to State Route 126. The matter was discussed but no
action was taken.
