j The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall County,Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of said village on Monday April 2,
1951 and was called to order by President Loomis at 7: 0 o'clock ;
P.M.
Finding present on roll call were President Loomis,
Trustees Windett,Horton,Leifheit,Hughes.
Absent: Trustee Price.
Minutes of the meeting held March 59 1951 were read and
so ordered approved.

The regular monthly reports of the Clerk, Chief of Police %
and Police Magistrate were read and so ordered approved.

Willa had been sold, but the committe also stated that they had

RESOLUTION
EL BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE President and Board of
liTrustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois,
That the Chief of Police of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall `.
County,Illinois is hereby designated as the municipal officer
of the Village of Yorkville,eharged with the keeping of abandoned�p
property !i
-' lost or unclaime4when such property shall be found in this I
municipality; and 4I
Be it further resolved that upon delivery of such abandoned,
is
` lost or unclaimed property to said municipal officer,he,the said `
officer,shall fully comply with all laws of the State of Illinois;
relative to notice and sale of such property and particularly,
those sections of the Motor Vehicle Law of the State of Illinois
relating thereto;and I!
Be it further resolved that said municipal officer,viz:-

said Chief of Police,shall have authority in the name of th
Village to procure space for the keeping and sale of any motor -
vehicle coming to his possession hereunder.
