(See Ordinance Record) !� The matter of a hand rail along the sidewalk on the hill s leading down to the business district from the Village Hall was discussed and referred to the Street and Alley Committee. ji The possibility of an ordinance to regulate solicttors in the Village was discussed and President Hance directed that the matter be taken up with the Village Attorney. j It The matter of requiring paralM parking on the north side of Hydralic Avenue,west of Pridge Street, was discussed and referred to the Street and Alley Committee.
