The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall County, Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of said village on Monday,Februarjt ,,I+,
1952 and was called to order 0 7:30 o'clock P.M.
Finding prestrit•",din roll call were; Trustees Price,Windett,
it heifheit,Hughes,Merkel and Clerk Ament. �.
Absent:President Hance and Trustee Horton.
President Hance being absent,Trustee Price moved that
it Ellsworth Windett be chosen to act as President Pro-Tern for thisil
meeting-The motion was seconded by Trustee Leifheit and all
Trustees present voting aye,Trustee Windett was elected Presider g. �t

the State of Illinois regarding the revocation of the liqour
license of Yathryn Ieitzau, said order sustaining the revocatio_�,

being ordered placed on file.

The resignation of Roger H. Clark as Village Attorney was ij
read and on motion by Trustee Ieifheit,seconded by Trustee 1!
Hughes , that the resignation of Roger H.Clark as Village k
Attorney be accepted.
CARRIED AND SO ORDERED. I
On motion by Trustee Price,seconded by Trustee Leifheit, 0
that the Clerk be instructed to write a letter of thanks to
Roger H. Clark for his services as Village Attorney.

The resignation of Francis H. Hance as President of the
Board of Trustees was read and on motion by Trustee Price,
seconded by Trustee Hughes , that the resignation of Francis H. !
Hance as President of the Board of Tfus et be ccepted and
that the Clerk be instructed to write a " hanks o Mr. Hance E'
for his services as President of the Board of Trustees.
CARRIED AND SO ORDERED.
Leonard Larson and Randall Walker were present ,representing;
the Town of Kendall, regarding the possibility of 'g the
Village Hall being used jointly by the Village of Yorkville and
the Town of Kendall. The matter was referred to the Public
Pr6perty and Buildings Committee for investigation and consideraiior
and the working out of an agreement with the Town of Kendall. I
On motion by Trustee Price seconded by Trustee Hughes thatp
the meeting be adjourned to February 18, 1952 at the regulAr
