City Council Minutes 1952 03-03-52 Yorkville,Illinois March 3, 1952 The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of #Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County,Illinois was held at the Village Hall of said village on Monday March 3, 1952 and was called to order by President Merkel at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Finding present on roll call were President Merkel,Trustees Price,Windett,Leifheit,Hughes and Clerk Ament. Absent: Trustee Horton. Minutes of the regular meeting held February 4, 1952 and of the adjourndd regular meeting held Zabruary 18, 1952 were read! and so ordered approved. The regular mont)aly reports of the Clerk and Chief of j Police were read and so ordered approved. i' On motion by Trustee Price,seconded by Trustee Windett that,, the sum of $1,500.00 be transferred from the Water Fund to the ` General Fund, until sufficient funds are available to repay the I� Water Fund.
