Nays; None.CARRIED AND SO ORDERED. i �I Yorkville, Illinois April 7, 1952 i Trustee Windett stated that he had a bid brom Walter Leifheit of $50.00 for the old street grader and some other scrap iron. On motion by Trustee Windett,seconded by Trustee Leifheit , . that all scrap iron and the old street grader,less blade, be sold;, under the supervision of Arthur R. Willman, for $50.00. Carried and so ordered 1 President Merkel made the following nomination: I nominate Robert W. Pehlke to fill the vacancy in the is l office of Member of the Board of Trustees of the Village of !! The President and three Members of the Board of Trustees {a having voted aye and none nay, Robert W.
