F The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
stees of the Village of Yorkville,Kendall County, Illinois
1` was held at the Village Hall of said village on Monday,December ,
1952 and was called to order by President Merkel at 7:30 o'clock

Finding present on roll call were President Merkel,Trustees
Price,Windett,Horton,Ieifheit,Hughes,Pehlke and Clerk Ament.
IfMinutes of the regular meeting held November 3, 1952 were
read and so ordered approved.
The regular monthly reports of the C1erk,Chief of Police and
Police Magistrate were read and so ordered approved.

Fire Protection District for $2,000.00, said sum to be payable i

In the matter of the expebse of the operation of the police
car,the Police Committee made the following recomendations;
That the Chief of Police be paid a flit rate of $20.00 per
month for gasoline only,that the Village will pay for oil and
': greasing of the car, and the Village will pay for extraordimargy
` expenses , said arrangement to be effective December 1, 1952

othat the recommendations of the Police Committee be accepted and
11it is hereby moved that the Chief of Police be paid a flat Late
of $20.00 per month for gasoline only,that the Village will pay
for oil and greasing of the car,and the Village will pay for
extraordinary expenses,said arrangement to be effective December + ,
1952.
