Ordinance 1953-56 Be It Ordained by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, as follows : Section 1. That the street described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Easterly line of Mill Street in said Village of Yorkville where the said Easterly line of Mill Street intersects the Northerly line of Washington Street extended east- erly; thence continuing in an Easterly direction along the extended North line of Washington Street to a point where said extended North Line of Wash- ington Street would intersect the Easterly line of Masons Third Addition extended in a straight line in a Southerly direction; thence in a southerly direction along the said Southerly extenslon" of the Easterly line of 96son's Third Addition to the- Village of Yorkville , to a point where the said extended Easterly line would intersect the South- erly line of said Washington Street' extended in a straight line in an Easterly direction; thence West- erly along said Easterly extension of said Southerly line of Washington Street to a point on the .easterl,y4 ` _ line of Maid Mill Street; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Mill Street to the point and place of beginning; all as appears from the instrument of dedication re- corded in the Office of Recorder of Deeds of Kendall j County, Illinois, in Book 110 of Warranty Deed Record, page 438, dated April 11, 1953, and accepted by this - Village on April 153 1953, be and the same is hereby vacated. Section 3, The Village of Yorkville hereby releasds' and waives any right or claim to any compensation on account of such vacating. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon it due passage.
