City Council Minutes 1977 10-08-77 (Special) MINUTES OF THE "SPECIAL" MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE UNITED 14
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE , ILLINOIS , HELD AT CITY HALL ,
OCTOBER 8 , 1977 .
The meeting was called to order at 9 : 38 A . M . by Mayor Thanepohn .
Roll call vote was taken as follows :
Ward 1 - Beach • Ward 2 - Hanback Ward 3 - Simmons
Absent from Ward 1 was Alderman Wolff , Ward 2 - Alderman Erickson and
Ward 3 - Alderman Smith . A quorum was established .
Attorney Grant presented the final plat of Unit 5 of Fox Industrial
Park including lots 8 through 16 for approval . All improvements re-
quired have been made . The plat has Engineer ' s approval and has been
approved by the Plan Commission providing it corresponds with the
preliminary plat .
Alderman Beach moved to approvethe Final Plat of Unit 5 , Lots 8 through
16 , of Fox Industrial Park , seconded by Alderman Simmons . Roll call
vote was taken as follows :
Beach - Aye Hanback - Aye Simmons - Aye
Mayor Thanepohn - Aye
Motion carried 4-0 .
Alderman Beach moved to adjourn the meeting at 9 : 40 A. M . , seconded
by Alderman Hanback . Motion carried .
