AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNICL OF THE' UNITED VILLAGE OF YORKVIL
ILLINOIS FOR THE PUROPSE OF OPENING BIDS FOR STREET MAINTENANICE UNDER MOTOR FUEL
TAX MONEY.
Mayor Coleman called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call the roll.
Upon roll being taken the following aldermen were present:
1st ward FRImer
2nd ward Florence
3rd ward Mitchell
absent- Thaneophn, Thomas, Mchugh
Alderman Follmer seconded by alderman Florence that the bid of Davis Construction
Company be accepted: Upon roll be#Ag taken the following aldermen voted aye
Follmer, Florence, Mitchell and Mayor Coleman. Carried.
There being no other business the meeting was adjourned.
