Mr. Zlden iadden then -resented a play for group hospital insu:.nce for
city employees. 1 gneral discussion followed. , and this was +.,bled until

alderman ;°itchel.l then requested that the taverns be ,llot.^ed to be open on
new years eve. Mayor Coleman then granted the taverns permission be be open
on December 31st from 6 P . until 2 AM.
.sir. D1-r-in barker then offered to sell gasoline to the city at a discount of
5 to 7 cents. This was refered to committiee for study.
