February 11, 1965 MINUTES OF THE REGUL R MCNTHLY MEETING OF THE ALDERMEN AND MAYOR OF THE tINTOMt) CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, ILLINOIS, HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON FEBRUARY 11, 1965 AT 8:00 P.M. Due to the absence of Mayor Madden the clerk called the meeting to order and asked for nominations for Mayor pro-tem. Alderman Hayden seconded by alderman Gardner that Alderman Trummel be appointed mayor pro-tem. Upon roll being taken all aldermen voted aye. The clerk then took roll call. The following aldermen were present. 1st ward - Roger Burroughs, Robert Coleman 2nd ward - Delbert Trummel, Lawrence Gardner 3rd ward - Duane Hayden, Richard Mitchell The clerk then read the minutes of the regular monthly meeting held on January 14, 1965- Said minutes were ordered approved. Postoffice, Postage and envelopes 122.60 The bills were refered to the finance committiee to be paid if found correct. James Price then gave his monthly report and annual report on the Streets and alleys. Said reports were ordered approved. Chief Martyn then gave the police report, said report was ordered approved. Alderman Hayden then requested that the $150.00 sewer hook-up charge be refunded to Frank Wolf. The sewer committiee then requested the clerk to refund said hookup fees since 1r.,,Wolf;•did:not hook to the sewer. Mr. Gene Gordon of Walter E. Deuchler Eng. Assoc then presented a resolution for street repairs under motor fuel tax monies. alderman Trummel seconded by alderman Coleman to acceptsaid resolution. Upon roll being taken all aldermen voted aye. A general discussion was had on the condition of the scree in the Edgebrohk sub- division and the water runn-off from the roof of the cozy cafe. This was refered back to the committies for study. There being no other business the meeting was adjourned. Clerk
