March 12, 1964 MINUTES OF THE RErzULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND AWERMEN OF THE UNITED CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, ILLINOIS HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON MARCH 12, 1964 AT 8:00 P.M. Mayor Madden called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call the roll. James Price then gave the report on the Water Department and the Streets and Alleys for the month of February. He also gave a report on the Water operators short tours. Chief Martyn the gave a report on the activities of the police department for the month of February. This was followed by a discussion of what to do with the police radio in Al Spera dar. The radio was ordered removed fvvm the car. Mr. John Gunnell of the Public Service Company then gave a report on the service offered by the public service company and how emergencies are handled. A general discussion was had on making a praking lot on Farm Breau property. The committiee was instructed to meet with insterested parties.<:.,' A general discussion was had on the garbage contract with archie Bieritz. This was tabled until the April 9th meeting. There bbing no other business the meeting was adjourned.
