MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAGE OF YORKVILLE, ILLINOIS HELD AT THE CITY HALL ON h OVEMBER
14, 1963 AT 6:00 P.M.

roll. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen were present.

The clerk then read the minutes ofthe regular monthly meeting held on October
10, 1963. Said minutes were ordered approved.

The bills were referred to the finance committiee to be paid if found
correct.
Mr. Lippold of the Oswego Park District then gave a report on the operations
of the park district and it's effect on the City of Yorkville dump.
The report on the water department and sthe street and alleys ias then given
by James R. Price. Said report was accepted.
Alderman Hayden then reported ontthe Sewer Comni.ttiee meeting. Alderman
Hayden seconded by alderman Trummel that the Davis bid for sewer extension
be accepted with the east 400 feet of Fox Road to be deleated from the
contract. When roll was taken the following aldermen voted aye: Coleman,
Trummel, Gardner, Hayden and Mitchell. Catried.
The sewer committise was then instructed to check into the sewer agreement
between Mr, Silas Sebby and the "ity of Yorkville.
The Police report fov the month of October was then presented by "hief Martyn.
Said report was approved.
A general discussion was had on the purchanse of a police car for the City.
Alderman Hayden seconded by alderman Trummel that the city clerk re-advertise
for bids for police cat. The specifications to remain the same. Upon roll
being taken the follswing aldermen voted aye: Coleman, ,�rummel, "ardner
Hayden and Mitchell. ,
City attorney Ohse then presented a resolution (See attached). Alderman
Coleman seconded by alderman Gardner. Upon roll being taken the following
aldermen voted aye: Coleman, Trummel, Gardner, Hayden and Mitchell.
Mayor madden then reported on a meeting that he and Mr. Miller of the
department of public works and buildings in regrds to repairs on bridge
street.
There being no futhur business the meettiin was adjourne
