Mayor TVindett called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call
the roll. Upon roll being taken the followin aldermen were present:

The police report f.:;r the month of October was read and the Kendall County
Sheriff's office requested use of the Radar in Bristol Station on occasion
due to the traffic haza.r! caused by the chin;;e of shift's at Caterpillar
Tractor Company.
The report and the str-ets and alleys and the water department for the
month of October was read and ordered a.,proved.

The Clerk then read the ?oning Do;,.rd Of Appeals recomendations rel7 rding the
Sidlow property as described in sames petition. Donald Dirst, clerk of the
zoning Board of Ap)leas sent renortto clerk by certified mail.
Attorney Dean of Aurora representing the objectors to Sidle re-zoning prese-
a petition with the objectors signatures and nave a discussion as to why this
should be denied. Ir. Sidlo representing himself answered this.
Alderman litchell secon:?.ed by alderman Hayden that the Sidlo re-zoning be
t:�bled until Thursday, Kovember 30, 1961 so the City Attorney may have time
for legal study. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen voted aye:
Madden, Rardles, TrUrrmel.9 Hayd-,n and Mitchell. Carried::
Chife of Police I'Lartyn requested that the City of Yorkville purchase a
used two-:ray Radio for use in the car of the night patrolman. A general
discussion was had on same. Alderman Yitchell seconded by alderman
Mkdden that the city purch:,'se said radio. U;)on roll being taken the
following aldermen voted aye: Yad en, Randles, Trummel, Hayden and
