ILLINOIS, FOR THE PURPOSE OF VOTING ON THE SIDLO RE-ZONIT?s PETITION.
'he i,Iayor directed the Clerk to call the roll. Upon roll being taken the
following aldermen were present:
lst ward - 77 den -adden
2nd ward - '7illia,m Randles, Delbert Tru=,iel
3rd sward - Duane Hayden and Richard I:Iitcnell
A general discussion was held by the I.'ayor, Aldermen, City Attorney, Objectors
and Petitioners on the Sidlo Re-zoning.
Motion that the city of Yorkville Zoning Ordnance be amended so as to apply
to the entire city, namely the Borough of Yorkville and the Borough of Bristol
and that the zoning district remain the same as presently constituted under
the city of Yorkville Zoning Ordnance and Borough of Bristol Zoning; Ordnance,
except that property as described in the Richard Sidlo petition be zoned for
apartment district uses. Alderman ladden seconded by Alderman Hayden to
accept said motion. Upon roll being taken the following Aldermen voting:
L.adden, aye; Randles, naye; Trummel, naye; Hayden, naye; 11 tchell, naye.
1'otion that the city or Yorkville Zoning Ordnance be amended so as to apply
to the entire city, namely the Borough of Yorkville and the Borough of Bristol
and that the zoning district remain the same as presently constituted under
the city of Yorkville ?oning Ordnance and Borough of Bristol Zoning Ordnance.
Alderman Hayden, seconded ay :alderman Trummel to accept said motion. Upon
roll being taken the following Aldermen voted aye; h'adden, Randles, Trummel,
Hayden and I;'itchell; naves, none -- carried.
City Attorney Ohse presented an ordinance vac- tin- part of Spring Street
in the Borough of Bristol for the Duner Sub-division(See ordinate Hook) .
Alderman Hayden seconded by alderman Randles to accept said ordinance.
Upon roll being taken the following alderman voted aye: ka.dden, Randles,
Trunrel, Hayden and Yitchell. ^'ayes, none.
A eneral Discu sion i s hid on renting the riankes property. 11r. hankes
is asking ''2,.00 per month. This was refered back to the street and
alley committiee for study.
There being no futher business the meeting w,-,s adjourned.
