Mayor Windett called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call the roll. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen were present: lst ward - Russell Hughes Elden Madden 2nd ward - William Randles Delbert Trummel 3rd ward - Richard Mitchell Absent - Duane Hayden The clerk then read the minutes of the previous meeting and they were prdered approved. Riis, Lumber for pump house 72.76 LeRoy Johnson, Salary 36.00 The plot ofi the Rowlands Subdivision was presented and a general discussion was had on same, t was refered back to committiee and they were instructed to meet with Mr. Rowlands. The Ter-Jac `'ubdivisons was presented and a general discussion was had on same. Alderman Randles seconded by alderman Madden to accept same. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen trated jye.,Hughes, Madden, Randles, Trummel, Mitchell, Carried. Mr. Leroy Collman asked that action be taken to stop Mr. nobert Skinner from parking his gas delivery truck next to his home. A general discussion was had oh same and the health committiee was insturcted to meet with mr. 'Skinner, Also to write to the Illinois Municipal League and as an opion. Mr. W. E. Leuchler gaiae a report on the progress of sewer main eexpinsion. Alderman Madden gave a report on the Illinois Municipal League Convention and Mr. Ohse also reported on same. On motion of alderman Hughes Seconded by Alderman Randles to pay the A. H. Carlson Const. Co. $3000.00 from the tax anticipati&n warnts. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen voted aye. Hughes, Madden , Randles, Trummel, Mitchell, Nayes none, carried. Chief martyn gave a report on the police convention. general discussion was haddon gas heat for the Village hall. The Phhlie Prop- erty and Building committiee for action in ordering a gas heater for said building.
