Mayor 'Vindett called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call the roll.

The clerk then read the minutes of the regular monthly meeting hald on k�ovember 12, 1959
and the adjourned meting held on November 30, 1950 and the minutes were ordered ap roved.

Mr. Frank calabreese requested a liquor license for the resturant which he owns.
a general di scussion was had on the same and refered to the liquor com-,d,, i_on for
futhur study.
A report was given on club licenses and charges in reg-rd to the American Legion 1.
reguest fora liquor license. A discussion was had on s-� .e and referred back to
committiee for futhur sti_idy.

A letter vra.s read from the Yorkville business ^yen s association recuesting a stop
sign at route 47 and 126, for cars coming north on route 47. On mot .on of alderman
randles seconded by Alderman Hughes that the letter be turned over fo Chief of police
Martyn for action. Upon roll_ all aldermen voted aye.
George Cies, a student at 7orkville community Higheschool, on traffic condition at the
grade school. It was decided to find the cost of side wakks and to have Chief °Tartyn
check with the state and. have speed limit signs posted at the schools also
to instruct the mothers to pick up their childern hehind the school.
The police report and the report on street and alleys and water department was read
and ordered approved.
Their being no futhur business the meeting was adjourned.
