The clerk then read a letter from the Yorkville post of the American Legin reguesting a liquor license for club license. The was refered back to the lio-11or Com-iiittiee for more study. The Zonning commissions report on the request to rezone the Clover propert fvvm w residentual to bussiness as read by the clerk. F Upon motion of alderman ughes seconded by alderman Aithcell to rezone said property. A general discussion was had on the sel .i_ng of water and sewer bonds for the purposed water and sewer main exten.sinns. T'pcn moti >n of A'derman Hayden seconded by alderman '`'itchell that the interested. persons be contacted to bid on Maneralobligation and revenue bonds for water and sewer and to open s-id bids on bonds on l�ovember 30th at 8:00 °.'1. Upon roll being taken the following aldermen voted aye: hgues Madden, Ba.ndles Trummel, gayden and °ithc ell. The Buiding andLonning com-itti=e was inttructed to inspect the old farm Bureau Brnilding to determin the safety of said building, and report at the next regular council meeting. Engineers estimante number 1 for swere and water mians installed by the Gluth Brothers Drainage was submitted by ':alter E. Deu.chler with the amounts of ;'5,000.00 to be paid frorp the water fund and the amount of x"3,550.00 to be paid from the sewer fund. Deuchler s had a bill for engin::ering of ;7609.97 for the tirater and 342.00 for the Sewer. Upon motion BE Alderman Eandles seconded b-y alderman Hughes to pay said bills.
