MINUTES OF THE R,'`GULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF THE MAYOR AND ALDERMEN OF THE UNITED
CITY OF THE VILLAG' OF YOR V ILLE, ILLINOIS, HELD AT THE VILLAGE HALL, YORKVILLE,
ILLINOIS ON THURSDAY JULY 10, 1958 AT 5:00 P.M.
Mayor b'uindett called the meeting to order and directed the clerk to call the roll.
Upon roll being taken the following aldermen were present:

Absent: Russell Hughes and Delbert Trummel.
Minutes of the regular monthly meeting of the Mayor and Aldermen held July 10, 1958
were read and ordered approved.
The clerk then read the bills as follows.

The bills were reffered to the finance committee to be paid if found correct.
The Police report for the month of June was read and ordered approved.
The report on the Streets and Alleys and water Department for the month of June
was read and ordered approved.
A general discussion was had on the pump house as to repairs. The water committee
was insturced to inspect the building aad draw up specifactions and to advertise
for Eids for the repair wol-R. The bids to be opened at the regular monthly meeting
on August 14, 1958.
The Tax lavey ordinance was presented and read. Upon motion of Alderman Mitchell
seconded by Alderman Hayden that aaid ordinance be adopted. Upon roll be ng taken
the fIllowing aldermen voted aye: Madden, Handles Hayden and Mitchell. Nayes None.

Alderman i'adden read a report on Ducth Elm tree disease.
A general discussion was had on the problem on storm waster entering the aanitary
storm servers in Sub-Divisions. It was reffered back to committee for futhur study.
Mayor Windettapointed Alderman Hayden and Randles to act as witness in the
comning quarando—law si.ut.
There being no futher business to discuss the meeting was adjourned.
