The Police report for the month of March was read and ordered approved. The report on the Streets and Alleys and Water Depart-gent for the month of March was read and ordered approved. A general discussion on billing of the merch-ants for the night watch man service was had. It was decided to bill the merchants every three months for this service. The Police committee reported that Officer Jess Dunkle has taken over the night watchman duties and will work from 12 to 6 A.M. jhe salarie being 200.00 plus 1.00 for car expenses. Chief of Police Martyn was instructed to put a notice in the Paper for dog owners to keep their dogs from running lose. A general discussion on garbage removal was had. On motion of Alderman Randles seconded by Alderman Mitchell thatArchie Biertiz is to receive 50.00 a week for garbage removal except for twice a week remvoal when hs shall r,ceive 75.00 ar week. When garbage is removed twice a week it shall be done on tuesday and saturday Upon roll being taken the following aldermen voted Aye: Madden, 11'andles, Trummel, ayden and Mitchell. Nayes: None. Hughes absent. After a general discussion on the addition to the Mable Frisie garage it was decided that she could not build on the alley. After a general discussion on the Fool Licensing Ord. On Motion of Alderman Hayden Seconded by Alderman Randles that the price of a license after six months shall be $10.00. Upon roll being taken Aldermen Madden., "andles, ' rummel, Ha5tden and 'iitchell Voted Nye. Nayes: None. Hughes tibsent. A discussion was had on s •1es tax for the borrough of Bristol. C. nobert Ohse was instructed to draw up an Ordinance to present at the next meeting. 'There being no furthur business the meeting was adjourned.
