A general discussion was held on garbage disposal . A general assess- ment discussed, also the lice-, sini of .private scavenprers to removp garbage and bill each 'amily individualy for the services. Mayor Windett instructed the Building and Zoning Committee to qtu(iy means of securing a uniform b,-,Al6ing code for the Boroughs of Yorkville and Bristol. James Price , Superintendent of Streets and Alleys and 'Y�ater, then made a report on the °vater and streets and. alleys rlich report wa.s. approved.. The clerk then read. the Police report for the month of Seotember which was approved. Mayor Windett instructed. the Assistants to the Liquor Comm. to see if there was a population increase enough for issuance of another Liquor License. The reoprt of the Police Committee was the presented and a discussion t there on ( see report on following pa-ce) . i On potion by Alderman Hu2-�hes, seconded by Alderman Litchell to renew the Liba,lity and workmans compensation Insurance for the Boroughs of Yorkville and Bristol . Upon roll being taken the following Aldermen voted Aye : Hughes, madden, Randles, Trummel, Hayden end Niitchell. Nayes none. Carried and so ordered. i The matter of increasing the amount of libali.ty insurance was referred back to the Committee for furthur study. An a2'gremient ti'as entered into with Earl Price and Firs. Betty Martin where they shall pay one half of the cost of installing water ml.ins now and the rest in one year. The Water committee w,--.s instructed to study and establish the future policy of A$ payment of water main instulation.
