The regular monthly meeting of the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois
was held at the Village Hall of Bait illage at Monday Junek

and was calls& to order by president
Finding present on the Roll Call were President Win&ett,
Trustees Hughes, Olsen, Olson, Schobert and Trummel - Absent
Trustee Randle$ and Clerk Merkel.
Clerk Merkel being absent On motion by Trustee Hughes, second d
by Trustee Olsen that Jams Prise be chosen as Clerk Pro Tom for
this meeting . All Trustees present voting favorably James Price
was elected merlearo Tom for this meeting .

A letter from H.E.Salisbury relative to stop order on garage
as residence was read. On motion by Trustee Hughes seconded by
Trustee Olsen that Village Board accept this letter as read.
All Trustees present voting favorably.
Carried-
Motion by Trustee Olson, seconded by Trustees Schobert that
pursurent to said letter the Clerk remove stop order on Salisbury
work on the garage. The condition being that Salisbury strictly
comply with the statements made in his letter to the Board.
All Trustees Present voting favorably-
Carried
Mr. Salisbury requested the Board to look into the matter
of the alloy that runs between Kapelsky' s and Marleins' s to his
property. President Windett referrod the matter to the Street and
Alloy Committee for report.
On motion duly made, seconded and carried meeting was
adjourned.
