Building Permit Application from F.Mart n ST. was rewa h&CCllerk to erect dwelling house on Franklin St. , and requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. Carried and so ordered app On motion by Trustee Randles, seconded by Trustee Olsen that the Village have 3- 4ft by 6ftwooden signs made- to be made of tongue and graved lumber- sign to be painted white with the following letters in black " Warning - Slow Do eat i� Timed" . Letter and frame of sign to trimmed in ant so will show at night. Signs to be posted as follows; One on Rte 126, one on Rte 47„south of Yorkville, one on Rte 47. , just on the outskirts of Bristol. Also that the following rates on cou*t cost and fines be recommended to the Police and Justice of Peace to be assessed in their discretion on traffic violators picked up by the Electric Timer . From 5 to 10 miles per hour over the posted speed limit- warning if needed. On motion by Trusteez Windett, seconded by Trustee Schobert that repairing of sidewalk in front of Old Post Office Building , The McDonnell Property, be defferred until the sidewalks on Bridge Street are narrowed between Hydraulic Ave. and VanZmmon Street. Favorable vote cast by Board of Trustees. Carried and so ordered approved. Appropriation Ordinance hawing laid over since the last regular meeting was read by the Clerk and upon motion by Trustee Windett, seconded by Trustee Schobert that said Ordinance be passed. Roll Call- Voting as follows: Trustee Windett -Aye Trustee Hughes -Aye Trustee Olsen -Aye Trustee Randles -Aye Trustee Sohobert-Aye. No Naye votes Absent Trustee Olson.
